Responsibilities • Supervise, lead, and motivate the restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations • Oversee the overall operation of the Chinese Restaurant and uphold excellent service and product standards • Deliver exceptional and personalized guest service to ensure a memorable dining experience • Manage and control operating costs effectively, including manpower, food cost, and other departmental expenses • Plan and implement internal and external marketing and promotional activities to enhance restaurant visibility and drive revenue • Work closely with the kitchen and other hotel departments to maintain seamless operations and service excellence • Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in accordance with hotel policies and statutory requirements • Support hygiene awareness and food safety practices within the team through proper supervision and guidance • Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner • Support the achievement of business goals through strong leadership, operational excellence, and team development
