Your new role • Leading the delivery of ServiceNow ITSM implementations and enhancements • Managing multiple projects or workstreams with full accountability for schedule, scope, and budget • Acting as the primary client-facing lead, handling stakeholder engagement and escalations • Driving delivery governance, risk management, and reporting • Coordinating cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and consultants • Ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and ITIL frameworks • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and platform optimisation
