Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Programme & Portfolio Management • Oversee the end-to-end PMO operations for the section’s Data & AI initiatives, ensuring project milestones, scope, and deliverables stay on track. • Standardize PMO processes, reporting templates, and tracking mechanisms across all section projects. • Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early, proactively driving mitigation plans. 2. Governance & Committee Management • Organize and facilitate recurring meetings and working groups, including agenda setting, material preparation, minute-taking, and tracking action items. • Act as the operational backbone for the section, ensuring clear audit trails, documented decision-making, and alignment with internal control standards. • Serve as a liaison between project teams and relevant control functions (Risk, Compliance, Audit) when alignment is needed.
