Job Overview As a Therapeutic Strategy Director, you will serve as a subject matter expert across the full lifecycle of new business development and project delivery. You will lead the design of strategic, innovative, and operationally feasible solutions for complex global clinical studies and programs. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development of delivery strategies for large, complex, multi-region clinical studies (including mega studies) • Partner with Sales, Medical, and Operations teams to win new business and achieve revenue targets • Translate client needs into effective, competitive, and feasible clinical trial strategies • Evaluate feasibility, risks, country/site selection, and patient recruitment strategies • Develop and review project budgets aligned with pricing strategy and margin targets • Support proposal development, client presentations, and bid defense meetings • Ensure seamless handover of strategy to project delivery teams • Monitor study progress and adjust strategies as needed • Contribute to long-term business growth through cross-functional collaboration Show More
