DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER – PORTFOLIO LEASING (2) DEPARTMENT Handle handover or takeover of leasing properties Conduct feasibility study, cost estimation, tendering and site work supervision of additional / alteration / subdivision / improvement works for leasing properties Provide technical advice and recommendations on subdivision and improvement works Liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external parties including consultants, architects, contractors and relevant government authorities (e.g. Buildings Department) on renovation and A&A projects independently Plan budget, control the project program and cost Keep proper records of all documents including tendering and drawings Requirements: Degree in Building / Surveying / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines Minimum 6 years' relevant working experience Basic knowledge in local regulations of building and requirements of licence application for F&B, PPE, school, etc. will be an advantage Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills Able to handle multi-task and work independently Attractive salary and fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidates.
