Job Description

Support delivery of card and payments initiatives by gathering requirements, defining business processes, and working with technology teams to deliver solutions across the card lifecycle. The role focuses on card products, payment processing, reconciliation, operations, and stakeholder coordination in a regulated banking environment. What you’ll do • Gather and document business requirements for card and payment changes. • Map current and future processes across authorisation, settlement, reconciliation, disputes, and servicing. • Work with IT, operations, procurement, compliance, and testing teams to support delivery. • Support UAT, issue triage, and process rollout. • Prepare user stories, process flows, and functional documentation for Agile delivery.
