We're seeking an operations and project management professional to support HKT Engineering. In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering-minded operational excellence and cutting-edge digital transformation. You will lead cross-team projects, optimize end-to-end logistics and system workflows, and deploy automation tools to to spearhead our operational evolution. Your Role: 1. Digital Transformation & Innovation • Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives. • Identify opportunities to optimize operations using emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and RPA. • Champion the adoption of digital tools, platforms, and automation solutions to enhance end to end service chain on efficiency. • Monitor performance of deployed solutions and continuously enhance based on business needs. • Ensure governance, compliance, and best practices in automation implementation. • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design scalable, future-ready solutions.
