Organization- Regional Office - ASPAC Summary Position Summary We are seeking a highly capable, consultative Transformation Project Lead for a 1-year contract role to support a complex regional transition across Asia Pacific, including migrating hotel-funded Digital Cluster resources into an above-property regional corporate structure. This role will also develop the roadmap for building Central Sales and Revenue Management foundations under the Central Hotel Services organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on program manager and strong problem solver who can navigate ambiguity, align cross-functional stakeholders, and translate complex organizational, financial, HR, Legal, and Commercial dependencies into clear decisions, actions, owners, and timelines.
