Accounting & Finance Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Accounting & Finance Manager to join our regional finance team. The role will cover accounting, reporting, budgeting, controls, audit, and finance process improvement across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities • Manage month-end closing, financial reporting, consolidation, and account reconciliations. • Oversee accounting for fiat and digital-asset transactions, including wallets, exchanges, custodians, tokens, and intercompany movements. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and financial performance analysis. • Maintain strong internal controls over payments, digital-asset transfers, approvals, and financial records. • Coordinate statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting with external advisers. • Improve accounting systems, reporting processes, and finance policies as the business scales. • Partner with senior management and business teams on financial planning and decision-making.
