About the Role We are seeking a Head of Group Reporting to take ownership of the Group’s consolidated financial statements and reporting processes. This role will lead the consolidation of multiple subsidiaries across different jurisdictions, coordinate closely with external auditors on the group audit, and provide technical guidance to subsidiaries to ensure consistent application and compliance with Group accounting policies and standards. You will be a key member of the finance team, acting as the central point of contact for group reporting, consolidation queries, and external audit matters.
