Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Lead and enhance Transaction Monitoring (TM), Know Your Transaction (KYT), and Know Your Address (KYA) frameworks across fiat, stablecoin, and digital asset payment activities. • Develop, optimize, and maintain transaction monitoring scenarios, detection rules, thresholds, and alert management processes to identify financial crime risks. • Conduct investigations into suspicious transactions, customer activities, and blockchain wallet behaviours, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of alerts. • Identify and mitigate risks related to money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, mule accounts, and other illicit financial activities. • Manage blockchain wallet screening and monitoring using industry-leading blockchain analytics and KYT/KYA solutions. • Prepare investigation reports, case documentation, Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR), and support regulatory examinations, audits, and compliance reviews. • Develop and maintain AML/CFT policies, procedures, SOPs, and risk assessment methodologies aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. • Monitor emerging financial crime typologies, regulatory developments, sanctions requirements, and digital asset compliance obligations. • Partner with Compliance, Product, and Tech teams to enhance monitoring controls, automation capabilities, and risk management processes. • Support data-driven and AI-enabled compliance initiatives, including alert optimization, investigation workflow automation, risk scoring models, and customer risk assessment. • Perform ad hoc projects, research, reporting, and other duties as assigned by management.
