Job Description

We are seeking a Head of Digital Platform Innovation and UX to lead the user experience and product lifecycle strategy for our proprietary global enterprise platform. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will lead a cross-functional team across Product (BAs, QAs), UI/UX Design, and Training/Support. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Strategy • Architect CX Strategy: Design a data-driven CX strategy using advanced analytics and user research to overhaul platform workflows and accessibility. • Scale Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and mentor distributed teams of BAs, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and Training Specialists across regional hubs. • Track Success Metrics: Establish and monitor core KPIs including Net Promoter Score (NPS), adoption velocity, and feature utilization rates.
