Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. • 6 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role with Cloud or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) providers. • Experience with unified communications and collaboration (UC&C), enterprise productivity solutions, or identity solutions (e.g., Active Directory, Entra, and Mobility Device Management (MDM) software). • Experience with system integrators/service providers (SIs/CSPs) and independent software vendors (ISVs). • Experience with scripting for automation, code development and low code/no code solutions.
