Senior Development Manager (Ref: 260000QG) Responsibilities • Oversee the planning and implementation of the Corporation’s wide-ranging property development projects in Hong Kong • Coordinate with developers and government departments to ensure the developments are in compliance with Land Grants, Development Agreements and property sales launch in fulfilling the First-hand sales requirements , meeting the highest standards in design and build, along with optimal return to the Corporation • Support the team in new property development studies and property market research
