Reference 26000EU3 Responsibilities There is an open position at Societe Generale to join our APAC team of experienced individuals in structuring This role is for a finance professionals who can bring: • Several years of experience in Equity and/or Fixed Income product structuring, • Ability to lead projects, coordinate efficiently with different stakeholders and execute complex transactions, • Ability to draft / review complex trade documentation under different format (OTC, notes…), • Appetite for business development and new product development, • Knowledge of China cross-border arrangements and/or financing trades (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, secured notes…) and/or SPV structuring (strong plus).
