Your Role: • Manage daily mailing operations, RFQ tenders, and customer forms to support business growth • Oversee warehouse activities, mailing routes, and PO issuances to ensure seamless project delivery • Handle financial processing, including petty cash, invoice preparation, and billing submissions • Consolidate operational data to track performance and generate accurate Mailing KPI reports • Coordinate workflows between scanning, operations, and billing teams for smooth project execution • Organize OSH training and maintain all necessary safety documentation for compliance • Provide general administrative support to ensure the team meets evolving operational needs Show More
