The Role* Lead freight revenue management activities, including pricing strategy, revenue optimization, yield management, and profitability analysis across designated trade lanes. * Monitor market trends, demand forecasts, competitor activities, and capacity utilization to develop effective pricing and revenue strategies. * Collaborate closely with commercial, trade management, network planning, and operations teams to maximize revenue performance and market competitiveness. * Analyze cargo mix, customer segments, and business performance to identify growth opportunities and enhance profitability. * Prepare management reports, business forecasts, and performance analyses to support strategic decision-making. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives in revenue management processes, reporting tools, and data analytics capabilities. Your Profile* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Maritime Studies, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline. * Proven experience in freight revenue management, trade management, pricing, commercial analysis, or shipping industry operations. * Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex market and business data. * Knowledge of container shipping, freight markets, supply-demand dynamics, and yield management principles. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence/reporting tools. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
