The role Reports to the Global Head of Operations and the role will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, driving strategic initiatives and leading a team through a period of significant change and growth. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Investments, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance and external service providers, you will be instrumental in building a scalable operating model that leverages data, automation and AI to support business growth and enhance decision-making.
