About the role First Sentier Group is seeking Senior Manager across Investment and Fund Operations to play a key leadership role in shaping the future of operations within First Sentier Group. The role Reports to the Global Head of Operations and the role will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, driving strategic initiatives and leading a team through a period of significant change and growth. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Investments, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance and external service providers, you will be instrumental in building a scalable operating model that leverages data, automation and AI to support business growth and enhance decision-making. This role will suit someone with a resilient and confident leadership style, with the ability to challenge, influence and drive outcomes in a complex environment.
