Description As an Investment Associate (Private Equity), your main responsibilities will include: Evaluate, structure, and execute complex investment transactions, including special situations such as PIPEs, convertible bonds (CBs), and other structured or hybrid instruments Conduct deep fundamental analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and downside risk assessment for public and private investments
