Job Description

The Role: • Support high-level client consultations to map out precise technical requirements, present emerging platform capabilities, and translate market feedback into actionable product development tracks • Partner closely with internal legal and compliance advisory wings to assess cross-border regulatory shifts, ensuring all digital platform architectures meet stringent financial compliance baselines • Define and structure robust operational frameworks, producing clear workflow blueprints, procedural controls, and risk-management documentation • Coordinate seamlessly with Technology Delivery and Engineering teams to manage dependencies and drive the end-to-end rollout of digital custody solutions • Execute targeted competitive research and data analysis to optimize commercial pricing models, track service performance metrics, and map industry trends Experience Needed: • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related commercial discipline • At least 5 years of experience in product lifecycle management or business analysis within a Tier-1 financial services firm or institutional asset servicing framework • Prior exposure to digital asset frameworks, blockchain ecosystems, tokenization, or modern custody workflows • Elite stakeholder management skills with the confidence to support front-office client discussions and simplify highly complex tech concepts • Demonstrated capability working within cross-functional agile frameworks to push project milestones from concept to closure Show More
