Job Description

Your new role • Conduct surveillance reviews of employee electronic communications to identify potential misconduct, regulatory breaches, and compliance risks. • Investigate alerts generated through surveillance systems and escalate suspicious findings where appropriate. • Monitor communications to ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. • Perform analysis and document investigation findings in a clear and concise manner. • Liaise with Compliance, Legal, Risk, HR, and business stakeholders on surveillance-related matters. • Support periodic reporting and management information (MI) preparation. • Participate in surveillance framework enhancements and regulatory projects as required.
