The Role - Own the compatibility test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting for major game releases and updates. - Define risk-based coverage to ensure the game functions correctly across supported hardware and software configurations. - Investigate complex compatibility issues, communicate their impact, and recommend mitigation strategies. - Collaborate with engineering, platform, and customer support teams to improve diagnostics, automation, and testing processes. - Mentor junior team members and contribute to reusable testing standards and assets.
