I. Role Overview The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) is seeking an accomplished senior executive to serve as Chief Operating Officer (COO). As a core member of the SFC Executive Committee, the COO is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Corporate Affairs Division which comprises Human Resources, Finance, and Planning & Administration. This role is crucial in ensuring operational excellence of these functional areas, institutional resilience, and effective resource management.
