About The Team At the digital front door of Retail Bank, the Account Opening Decisioning (AOD) team answers one of the most critical questions: “Should we open this account?” Our mission is to fuel growth by making it seamless for good customers to open an account and impossible for bad actors to do so. To accomplish this, we build the "intelligent brain" behind every application - the policies, models, and data integrations that power our automated decisions - and design empathetic, trust-building experiences for customers and associates when a decision requires a human touch.
