Role Introduction Reports to: Platform Ops Senior Lead Lead the platforms that power how Cathay builds, tests and releases digital products. As Platform Ops Lead, you are responsible for delivering, running and continually improving DevOps Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) platforms that allow web and mobile application teams to move quickly, securely and at scale. Working closely with application teams, you translate real business needs into reliable platform services, combining CI/CD toolchains, container platforms and hybrid cloud infrastructure. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with service ownership — from automation and self-healing capabilities, to performance testing, proactive monitoring and secure access controls — all built in line with Cathay’s infrastructure strategy and roadmap.
