As an Executive Support Engineer on the Executive Support team at Meta, you will serve as the primary technical partner to Meta's senior leadership. You will own the end-to-end technology ecosystem for Meta's most senior leaders - spanning in-office operations, travel, residential infrastructure, event production, and strategic programs. This is a high-autonomy, zero-failure-tolerance role that requires deep technical expertise, program management capability, and the ability to build trusted relationships at the highest levels of the organization.You are expected to operate as a recognized domain expert across the organization, shape the team's long-term strategy, lead programs with VP-level visibility and company-wide impact, and define multi-year roadmaps with full autonomy.
