SVP, International Personal Banking Advisory Head The International Personal Banking (IPB) Advisory Head is a senior management professional responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees, grow sales and client base in coordination with the consumer sales team . The overall objective of this role is to lead the full operation of the IPB branch, focusing on Cross-border High Net Worth clients. IPB branch manager will oversee frontline international wealth advisory, cross-border asset allocation, cross border payment & settlement. And drive comprehensive sales grow, build customer loyalty, and recommend the development of business strategies or initiatives and may include the management of activities by external organizations, One-City domestic and cross boarder partners, and the direct management of individuals and sales teams. While ensuring full compliance with local and overseas regulatory requirements.
