What you'll be doing - • Manage BI & Data Analytics through identifying initiatives and opportunities, improve business performance through data insights. • Develop and implement data analysis strategies that align with organizational goals. • Define company-wide (HQ and Regional) key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for consistent measurement. • Extract, validate, and analyze data from various internal and external sources. • Work with business stakeholders such as key business leaders, IT teams and data engineers to achieve data-driven goals, offer value-adding advice in utilizing data to optimize efficiencies. • Proactively communicate co-form business plans involving data collection and utilization. • Manage and prioritize business demands according to top-level business direction, end process/benefit analysis and suggest roadmap for approval. • Support ad hoc analysis and high-priority business requests. • Drive adoption of a data-driven culture within the organization through training and governance initiatives. • Ensure business requests are fully understood, documented, analyzed and validated by all parties. • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards. • Office base in HK and visit Overseas offices when necessary Show More
