We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Senior Manager, Data & Insights to lead the transformation of our Customer Value Management (CVM) data and analytics ecosystem. This role will play a critical leadership position in driving the migration of existing tactical databases, dashboards, and data pipelines to the enterprise Data Hub architecture while ensuring uninterrupted support for key CVM initiatives. The successful candidate will bridge business and technology teams to deliver scalable data solutions, enable self-service analytics, and accelerate data-driven customer engagement, campaign management, and advisor productivity initiatives.
