Duties & Responsibilities: • Lead the infrastructure operations team in delivering reliable, secure, and efficient day-to-day support for cloud, on-premises, data centre, network, server, storage, backup, virtualisation, and related infrastructure services. • Oversee operational monitoring, event management, capacity management, availability management, and service health reporting to ensure infrastructure services meet agreed service levels. • Manage major incidents and infrastructure service disruptions, coordinate technical recovery, communicate status to stakeholders, and ensure root cause analyses and improvement actions are completed on time.
