Pay: $45–$95/hr Role Title: Adolescent Suicide & Self-Harm Specialist Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote We are engaging Adolescent Suicide & Self-Harm Specialists to contribute to a unique customer project focused on enhancing the assessment and management of adolescent suicide and self-harm risk. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. You will assess complex adolescent presentations, develop clear clinical guidance, and document risk formulations that inform effective, practical responses. Your insights will directly impact the development of tools seeking to reliably differentiate between ideation, intent, and acute risk, with the goal of supporting non-specialist users in real-world scenarios.
