We are looking for a hands-on Customer & Market Insights Manager to manage research projects and coordinate monthly transactional Net Promoter Score (tNPS) reporting across Asia. Position Responsibilities: 1. Regional Research Delivery Partner with regional functions and local markets to clarify business challenges, decisions to be supported and information gaps; translate requests into focused research objectives and actionable briefs. Manage multiple research requests across Asia, agreeing scope, priorities, deliverables, budgets.
