The opportunity A leading global life insurance brand is hiring a Business Development Director to build and lead its global high net worth growth agenda from Hong Kong. The role reports directly to the CEO and has a global remit across multiple jurisdictions, with real influence over where the business plays, who it partners with and how it wins. What you will do You will originate and close strategic distribution relationships across the global high net worth market, including private banks, independent wealth advisers, international brokers and family offices. You will shape the go to market approach by jurisdiction, working with product, underwriting, legal and compliance teams so that what you sell can be properly delivered in each market. You will also represent the business externally with senior intermediaries and ultra high net worth clients, and give the CEO a clear commercial view of pipeline, competitor moves and market opportunity.
