Project Manager – Asset Management – 6-month Contract

About The Opportunity: We are partnering with a global Asset Management firm to find a proactive, results-driven Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of a greenfield digital banking and wealth management platform—from build through to integration with custodians, market data providers, and exchanges. Key Responsibilities: • Own the project plan, RAID log, and governance framework; escalate decisions and risk mitigations to the Steering Committee in a timely manner • Ensure platform architecture and operating model comply with SFC requirements under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO), including Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) and Type 4 (Advising on Securities) regulated activities • Map as-is and to-be processes for order flow, trade lifecycle, settlement, and client reporting; drive continuous post-go-live improvements • Define and document requirements for order management, settlement, corporate actions, and reporting workflows in line with HK SFC licensing conditions and AML/KYC obligations • Drive vendor selection, negotiation, and day-to-day management, holding partners accountable to agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards • Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology, compliance, operations, and external vendors; facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, and maintain clear communication across all levels • Develop and execute a change management and training program to ensure operational readiness across front, middle, and back-office teams Show More
