Our client is looking for a Construction Manager to lead the end-to-end construction delivery of a leased data centre spaces, taking it from raw shell to Ready for Service (RFS). This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you'll be the single thread connecting landlords, general contractors, commissioning agents, installers, and internal teams. You'll manage the full fitout scope: electrical (busbar, PDU, RPP, tap-off units), mechanical cooling containment, telecom infrastructure, IT hardware, security systems, and office & storage fitout - all while championing safety on site.
