Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Lead business analytics and customer insights initiatives to support strategic decision-making. • Analyze customer, campaign, sales, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and business recommendations. • Develop and enhance dashboards, KPI reporting, and management insights using Power BI. • Leverage Databricks and modern data platforms to drive scalable analytics solutions and process automation. • Partner with business, digital, product, and technology teams to translate business requirements into actionable analytics. • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams. • Lead analytics projects and mentor team members while driving continuous improvement in data and reporting capabilities.
