Key Duties & Responsibilities • System Maintenance and Monitoring: Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of company websites and systems related to transaction processing, investment trading, and valuation to ensure stable operations. Perform regular system inspections to promptly identify and address potential issues. • User Support: Provide solutions to user queries related to system usage, offering technical support and training.
