Job Description • Lead the preparation, evaluation, substantiation, and negotiation of construction claims, including Extension of Time (EOT), prolongation costs, disruption, acceleration, loss and expense, variations, and fluctuation claims. • Develop robust claims strategies and prepare detailed claim submissions supported by contractual, programme, technical, and commercial evidence. • Review project records, correspondence, schedules, site documentation, and cost data to identify entitlement and support claim development. • Assess and quantify the financial impact of delays, disruptions, variations, and changed conditions, including quantum evaluation and damages assessment. • Provide strategic advice to project teams on claims avoidance, risk mitigation, contractual entitlements, and dispute management throughout the project life-cycle. • Lead the assessment and defence of incoming claims from subcontractors, and consultants.
