We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Counsel. In this role you will provide expert and professional legal advice, guidance and support to ensure that legal and reputational risks of the Debt Capital Markets business are proactively identified and mitigated. Key responsibilities include: Preparing, negotiating and reviewing legal documentation, such as confidentiality agreements, engagement letters, term sheets and contractual documentation. Serving as a proactive and strategic partner to the business.
