Legal Change Manager - Global Legal Transformation (12 months contract)

Job Description

Overview We are looking for an experienced Legal Change Manager to support a major global transformation programme within a leading international financial institution’s Legal function. The role will drive change and adoption across Legal processes, technology, operating models and ways of working, partnering closely with Legal, Legal Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance and other business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Lead change planning and implementation across global Legal transformation initiatives. • Conduct change impact assessments across people, processes, systems, controls and operating models. • Develop and manage business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption plans. • Partner with General Counsel teams, Legal Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. • Support transformation involving Legal technology, AI/automation, matter management, contract lifecycle management, data and workflow/process improvements. • Coordinate global and regional implementation activities, identifying dependencies, risks and adoption issues. • Establish change champion networks and support workshops, pilots and stakeholder engagement sessions. • Track adoption and ensure changes are successfully transitioned into BAU. • Maintain strong governance around confidentiality, legal privilege, data protection, regulatory requirements and controls.
