Job Description

About the Role We are partnering with a leading insurance organisation to hire an experienced Digital Project Manager to support a large-scale, multi-year digital transformation programme.This role will play a key part in delivering strategic digital initiatives, working closely with senior business stakeholders, programme leadership, technology teams, and external vendors to drive successful project outcomes. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project delivery across a portfolio of digital transformation initiatives. - Partner with programme sponsors and senior stakeholders to develop business cases and secure project approvals. - Support programme governance activities, including Steering Committee and executive-level reporting. - Coordinate with teams across Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and PMO functions. - Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery timelines throughout the project lifecycle. - Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across multiple business and technology workstreams. - Prepare programme updates and management reporting for senior leadership. - Coordinate vendor management activities, including RFP processes, Statement of Work (SoW) preparation, contract reviews, and delivery oversight. - Work closely with offshore and third-party delivery teams to ensure successful execution and implementation. - Support the delivery of digital customer initiatives and business transformation programmes.
