Responsibilities Main Responsibilities Development • Gather user requirements, and design software solutions which will match business needs from the front office, taking into account cost and delays constraints, agreed with both IT management and head of desk. • Be proactive by proposing enhancements from which the business/IT can benefit • Ensure the performance and resiliency of the trading platform • Be risk aware on both trading and IT perspective • Implement, test and deploy the software solution within agreed constraints and existing code
