We are looking for a Software Engineer - Automation to join our team. Your Mission Design and build automation workflows and business systems in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, with Rust where performance justifies it. You will build integrations between systems and keep them running reliably in production, with sensible failure handling. Troubleshoot production issues in existing workflows and fix the root cause, not just the symptom. Own quality for what you ship: test plans, automated suites (unit, API, end-to-end) running in CI/CD, and defects driven through to closure. Work with process owners to map how things run today and design something better before automating it. Mentor engineers and QA analysts, review their work, and hold it to the team's engineering standards. Document workflows, system changes and operational runbooks, and keep them current.
