We are looking for a Planning Engineer to support project scheduling, progress monitoring, and timely delivery of infrastructure projects. 📍 Location: Singapore 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain baseline programmes, detailed project schedules, look-ahead plans, and progress trackers.Break down project scope into activities, milestones, dependencies, and logical sequences.Collect and verify progress updates, resource information, and site constraints from construction and subcontractor teams.Monitor actual progress against baseline schedules and identify delays, slippages, and critical activities.Prepare progress reports, programme narratives, S-curves, and project scheduling updates.Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams to forecast upcoming activities.Assist in preparing recovery schedules and mitigation plans to address project delays.Maintain programme revisions, delay records, assumptions, constraints, and progress documentation.Attend project progress meetings and follow up on schedule-related actions.Assess the scheduling impact of scope changes, design approvals, site conditions, and access constraints.Identify and escalate potential schedule risks to the Planning Manager or Project Manager.
