Prudential's Health business aims to give peace of mind to every patient in Asia and Africa. The Director, Health Distribution Strategy will lead the agenda to diversify and grow health distribution by scaling Bancassurance and alternative channels. Role and Responsibilities Lead and partner with Group and local-market Bancassurance teams to increase health penetration within bank partners, converting enablement activity into measurable new business growth across priority markets. Build a suite of sales support and enablement tools that lift bank-seller confidence, and identify and close before- and after-sales gaps across sale, claim and service.
