The company is a leading financial institution with solid business across APAC. Responsibilities • Lead the delivery of compute and storage infrastructure projects, covering servers, virtualization, storage platforms, and backup solutions. • Provide hands-on technical leadership across solution design, build, migration, testing, and implementation. • Drive infrastructure modernization, platform upgrades, technology refresh, and data center transformation initiatives. • Review and validate technical designs, implementation plans, and engineering deliverables. • Coordinate engineering resources and vendors to ensure successful project execution. • Manage technical risks, dependencies, issues, and implementation challenges. • Establish engineering standards, delivery best practices, and automation capabilities. • Act as the senior technical lead for complex infrastructure implementations and migrations. • Mentor infrastructure engineers and promote engineering excellence across the team.
