Key Responsibilities • Build, enhance, and deploy machine learning models in production environments. • Develop predictive models for customer analytics, including segmentation, propensity, churn, and forecasting. • Work closely with business stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights. • Design scalable feature engineering and analytics pipelines. • Monitor, improve, and maintain model performance throughout the ML lifecycle. Requirements • 4+ years' experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics. • Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and ML model development. • Proven experience deploying production-ready ML solutions (not limited to POC or research projects). • Experience with Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, or similar ML frameworks. • Solid understanding of model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps practices. • Experience in customer analytics, CRM analytics, marketing analytics, or insurance analytics is highly preferred. • Exposure to PySpark, Databricks, GenAI, or LLM applications is a plus.
