Workplace Associates / Concierge (JLL) Role Overview The Workplace Concierge is passionate about hospitality and thrives on creating memorable experiences for employees and guests. This role serves as the first point of contact for everyone who walks into the Singapore office, delivering a warm welcome, deep knowledge of the office and what is happening in the city, and hotel-like service. The Workplace Concierge works side by side with the Workplace Specialist, who runs operations behind the scenes. We treat the office as our listing: noticing what is off before anyone asks, and closing the loop with every person helped.
