We are seeking a Revenue Analyst to support F&B revenue optimization across restaurants, bars, using demand analysis, pricing insights, capacity utilization, and performance tracking to identify revenue opportunities. The successful candidate will analyze F&B demand patterns, booking pace, average spend, covers, table utilization, table turns, and promotional effectiveness to support revenue growth and profitability.
