Your new role • Handle customer service enquiries and telephone calls relating to existing unit-linked policies in accordance with service standards • Provide timely, accurate and professional support to brokers and business introducers • Manage email and telephone correspondence with clarity, accuracy and attention to detail • Support day-to-day transactions team operations, ensuring service quality and turnaround times are met What you'll need to succeed • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar financial services or insurance environment • Fluent in written and spoken English (essential) • Cantonese and Mandarin skills preferred • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel
